Looking for someone experienced in government budgeting process and forecasting, budget models, and related reports.

• Should have experience in at least two comprehensive projects for cost accounting/improvement/reduction/streamlining in large companies.
• This should include reviewing all types of expenses.
• Experience in reviewing company budgets and budget preparation process, including experience in preparing zero-based budgets, performance-based budgets, and other budget frameworks and concepts.
