    As a Bid Writer, you will play a pivotal role in our work winning team. Key tasks for this role include:

    · Attend bid/tender kick off meetings and conduct site inspections

    · Write compliant technical tenders for hard and soft facilities management services.

    · Maintain our bid response technical library, ensuring all information up to date.

    · Facilitate brainstorming sessions with business units to identify innovative and cost-saving solutions.

    · Manage the bid/no bid process, making strategic decisions to maximize win ratio.

    · Develop and conduct compelling client presentations to showcase our services.

    · Collaborate with graphic designers to develop impactful bid graphics to support technical proposals.
