Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Impact & Assessment Consultant to design, validate, and deliver robust psychometric and outcomes-based assessment frameworks that measure both individual capability and distance travelled impact across large-scale employment social development programmes.
Responsibilities
- Design and validate psychometric tools ability aptitude personality situational judgment tests.
- Develop outcomes frameworks measuring behavioural cognitive attitudinal change.
