We are looking for Public Relations Officer based at Riyadh.

Â

Main Responsibilities:-

Â

Government Liaison:

Act as the main point of contact between the organization and government authorities.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
Facilitate the processing of visas, work permits, and other government-related documentation for employees.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions with government agencies.
Prepare reports on public relations activities and their impact.

Â

Facilities Management:

Oversee office facilities, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained workspace.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for facility-related matters.

Â

Community Engagement:

Build and maintain positive relationships with local communities.
Collaborate on corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives to contribute to the community.

Â

Internal Communication:

Ensure effective communication within the organization regarding public relations matters.
Coordinate with different departments to gather information for press releases and other external communications.

Â

Crisis Management:

Develop and implement crisis communication plans.
Act as a spokesperson during crisis situations, ensuring accurate and timely information dissemination.

Â

Experience and Qualifications:

8+ years of experience, a large part of which should be as a PRO in Saudi Arabia
Familiarity with local laws, regulations, and cultural practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business, or a related field
