- Provides analytical findings& recommendations relating to regular P&PM taskssuch as business plan preparation, performance trackingmeasurement, and performance analysis and accountability reporting.(20%)
- Conducts special P&PM-relatedstudies such as the development of performance initiatives andbusiness cases, benchmarking, risk management, design and re-designof measurements, processes and workflows, and informationsystem-related changes (40%)
- Providessupervision, coordination and/or facilitation in the execution ofregular and special tasks by other P&PM personnel, as wellas mentorship on P&PM analytical practice.(30%)
