RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and requirements.

2. Create comprehensive architectural designs, plans, and specifications using CAD software and other tools.

3. Collaborate with construction professionals, including contractors and subcontractors, to address design issues

and ensure accurate implementation.

4. Identify and address discrepancies or issues during construction, ensuring seamless project progress.

5. Present and refine design concepts and proposals based on client feedback, incorporating it into project plans.

6. Generate, interpret, and refine construction documents, including drawings and specifications.

7. Oversee projects comprehensively, from the initial planning phase to completion, ensuring all aspects align with

project goals and regulations.

8. Examine architectural drawings and specifications for accuracy, compliance, and coordination with project

requirements.

9. Ensure strict compliance with relevant codes and regulations to guarantee the safety and successful completion of construction work.
