El candidato debe liderar y desarrollar los sistemas de gestión humana para garantizar la conformidad total con las leyes sauditas y lograr altas eficiencias al gestionar asuntos laborales, salarios e indemnizaciones dentro de un entorno profesional.
Misiones Principales
- Gestionar todas las tareas relacionadas con la contratación, evaluación e inactivación del personal.
- Diseñar e implementar políticas internas ajustándolas según sea necesario para cumplir tanto con legislaciones locales como internacionales.
