Our client is a large NSWGovernment Organisation who are seeking Procurement SystemsSpecialist to join their team.

The role is responsible forbuilding contract line items document (CLID) in SAP Ariba ensuringdata accuracy and alignment with operational procurementprocess.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analysecontract data and identify contracts that need to be system-enabled
   
2. Workwith Procurement Lead and Contract Manager to search for contractand identify key commercial data in thecontract
   
3. Extractkey commercial data incontracts
   
4. Coordinatethe development of CLID in consultation with the Procurement Leadand ContractManager
   
5. Createor coordinate the creation of the required master data for properimplementation of theCLID
   
6. Developthe CLID in SAP Ariba according to commercial and operationalprocurementrequirements
   
7. Provideprogress updates on the CLID development for all contractsin-scope
   
8. Providesupport for CLID-related requests andqueries
   

SelectionCriteria:

1. Extensiveknowledge of Procurement Systems, integrated SAP Ariba &SAP S/4Hana solution for contract administration preferred
   
2. Extensiveknowledge of SAP master data as used in procurementprocesses
   
3. Soundknowledge of contract management with demonstrated experience inextracting key commercial information fromcontracts
   
4. Advancedexcel skills (e.g.,macros)
   
5. Demonstratedexperience in data analysis andreporting
   
6. Experiencein system improvement initiatives to improve data quality andimprove operationalefficiency
   
7. Strongbusiness and commercialacumen
   
8. Strongstakeholder management, communication, and time managementskills
   
9. Soundunderstanding of NSW ProcurementFramework
   
10. Projectmanagement experience desirable but not essential
