We arelooking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement,track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across alldigital
Responbilities

-Plan and execute all digital marketing, includingSEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and displayadvertising campaigns
Design,build and maintain our social media presence
-Measure and report performance of alldigital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI andKPIs)
-Identify trends andinsights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
-Brainstorm new and creativegrowth strategies
-Plan,execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
-Collaborate with internal teams to createlanding pages and optimize user experience
-Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluateend-to-end customer experience across multiple channels andcustomer touch points
-Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
-Collaborate with agencies and othervendor partners
-Evaluateemerging Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoptionwhere appropriate

Requirements

• Graduation or Post Graduation

-Proven working 1-3 years experience in digital marketing
-Demonstrable experienceleading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, socialmedia and/or display advertising campaigns
-Highly creative with experience in identifying targetaudiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform andmotivate

• Experience inoptimizing landing pages and user funnels

-Solid knowledge of website analytics tools

• Hours are Monday to Friday and half daySaturday 9am to 5pm EST (Toronto Time)
