    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Systems Technical Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Systems Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's digital systems, ensuring their smooth operation and optimal performance. You will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting various digital technologies to enhance our business processes and improve efficiency.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Digital systems management: Oversee the management and maintenance of our organization's digital systems, including but not limited to content management systems, customer relationship management systems, digital signage, and other digital platforms.

    2. System implementation and customization: Coordinate and support the implementation of new digital systems, ensuring proper configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.

    3. System monitoring and troubleshooting: Monitor the performance and availability of digital systems, promptly identifying and resolving any issues or errors. Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.

    4. User support and training: Provide technical support to users of digital systems, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and offering guidance. Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate users on system functionality and best practices.

    5. System enhancements and upgrades: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital technologies. Identify opportunities to enhance existing systems and recommend upgrades or new solutions to meet evolving business needs.

    6. Data analysis and reporting: Utilize analytics tools and techniques to analyze data collected from digital systems, generate reports, and provide insights to stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to optimize system performance and user experience.

    7. Collaboration and teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to align digital system strategies with business goals. Work closely with developers, designers, and vendors to implement system enhancements and integrations.

    1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital systems management or related technologies are a plus.

    2. Proven experience as a Digital Systems Technical Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of digital systems and their implementation.

    3. Proficiency in managing and customizing content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management systems (CRM), and other digital platforms.

    4. Familiarity with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations.

    5. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in digital systems.

    6. Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques to analyze system performance and user behavior.

    7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

    8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
