    Education andexperience:

    Bachelor's degree inindustrial engineering, production engineering, chemicalengineering, or related field.
    Master's degree orequivalent work experience preferred.
    Technicalknowledge:

    Deep understanding of processengineering concepts and manufacturingtechniques.
    Knowledge of process improvement tools andtechniques such as Lean Six Sigma, Process Design methods, andprocess automation.
    Analyticalskills:

    Ability to analyze data and identify gapsand improvement points in industrialprocesses.
    Quantitative analysis and modeling skills toevaluate process performance and predictresults.
    Artistic skills:

    Proficiencyin using industrial engineering and digital modeling software suchas AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MATLAB.
