    Position:SchedulingCoordinator

    JobDescription:

    Collaborate withTeam members to ensure client quality ofcare

    Staff all openschedules for clientcare

    Coordinate careservices and scheduling with clients, Case managers and CHHAemployees

    Attend dailymorningmeetings

    Ensure goodquality day-to-dayoperations

    Monitor thatclient care services are provided per the assignedschedules

    Oversee clientauthorization for services are in place andcurrent

    Recruit andcomplete on boarding process for newemployees

    Completeday-to-day office filing and tasks asneeded


    JobType:Full-time

    Salary:$ to $/hour



    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    Aminimum of 6 months experience working in a home healthcare,staffing or recruitingsetting

    Ability to workindependently in a fast-pacedenvironment

    Fluent inSpanish ispreferred

    Proficiency onworking with Microsoft office products ( excel, email, word,PowerPoint)

    Must be willingto make high volume outbound calls and answer high volume inboundcalls
