    Role:

    • Overseeand support the launch of the SME and corporatecards;
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsincluding sales marketing operations and technology to deliverintegrated card solutions to commercialcustomers;
    • Develop and manage the budget forthe commercial card division ensuring profitability andcosteffectiveness;
    • Oversee the commercial cardoperations ensuring efficiency compliance and a high level ofcustomer service;
    • Implement risk managementstrategies to minimize fraud and ensure the security of cardtransactions.
    • Prepare and present reports onthe performance of the commercial card products including revenueprofitability and market engagement.
    • LeverageMastercard assets and resources when applicable to deliver thesupport on the abovementionedresponsibilities

    Knowledge &Experience:

    • 10 to 12 years of relevantexperience;
    • Strong understanding of commercialbanking products across SME and largecorporates;
    • Proven project managementskills;
    • Strong team player results driven andhigh level of energy and initiative;
    • Peoplemanagement skills; and
    • Excellent written andverbal communication in English with ability to communicate inArabic as a plus
