We are in search of a dynamic product manager to amplify the growth and innovation of Lucidya's suite of customer experience management products.

A successful candidate will champion customer-centricity, ensuring Lucidya's products consistently cater to the evolving needs of our B2B clientele and maintain industry leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Oversee product ownership for one or multiple agile teams.
• Innovate solutions for intricate project issues, encompassing scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and project components.
• Foster an Agile mindset, instilling its values, principles, and practices within the team.
• Craft, update, and disseminate the product roadmap, detailing both short-term and long-term product enhancements.
• Conduct product backlog and refinement sessions.
• Ready the team for PI Planning.
• Act as the go-to expert for any assigned product/service across the delivery spectrum.
• Coordinate product releases, internally and externally, ensuring meticulous requirement development and rigorous testing.
• Liaise with engineering teams to guarantee superior quality deliveries.
• Validate completed development tasks, ensuring they offer user value and meet set criteria.
• Spot and address disparities in issue comprehension as they arise.
• Leverage tools like JIRA and Confluence to gather and evaluate agile data, while overseeing daily progress.

• At least 3 years of expertise as a Product Owner/Manager in a software development realm.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
