    Purpose:

    We are seeking a skilled Sr. Account Executive for managing key client relationships to drive revenue growth. The Account Executive's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned list of customers to develop new business and actively seek new sales opportunities.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    ● Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization

    ● Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

    ● Maintain an in-depth understanding of the SaaS product, its features, and updates.

    ● Understand clients' business needs and objectives

    ● Anticipate client challenges and provide proactive solutions

    ● Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

    ● Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors

    ● Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

    ● Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

    ● Prepare reports on account planning

    Requirements

    ● Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role

    ● Good experience with government sector and knows well the GOV procedures.

    ● Well experience with Etimad portal.

    ● Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

    ● Proven experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on subscription-based revenue models.

    ● Strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

    ● Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

    ● Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

    ● Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

    ● Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities

    ● Strong verbal and written communication skills

    ● BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field

    ● Arabic speckers and English fluent
