    Currently we are seeking a dynamicperson to take on the role of Key Account Management Director basedin AL Khobar.

    Objective:

    As aKey Account Management Director your primary responsibility is todevelop and execute a functional strategy to expand and maintainour customer base. You will work towards achieving net growthrevenue profitability and service targets for our key accounts inline with company guidelines policies and financialobjectives.

    also includecreating and delivering targets based on agreed account plansbuilding and maintaining strong relationships with our KeyAccount(s) and engaging in contract logistics selling activitiesthat align with our key account management programstandards.

    General Responsibilities:

    • Define the Account Management Strategy in linewith the companys overall strategic plan by setting andimplementing account development plans and budgets.
    • Develop key account strategy including account planningrevenue targets service goals etc.
    • Buildrelationships with local and regional businesses as well as withinstitutions and other stakeholders.
    • Interpretkey trends and developments impacting business and identifychange
    • Lead direct coach and develop theperformance of the Account Management team
    • Support the team in building proposals and supportingcontract negotiation.
    • Oversee and controlsales activities and initiatives related to key accounts across thecountry with a significant impact on overall results andobjectives.
    • Communicate support and coordinatespecific customer requirements with DHL and monitors monthlyperformance against set targets.
    • Ensureimmediate actions are taken in case of deviations including timelyand accurate reporting.
    • Contribute to definingpricing strategies and contract negotiations for the accounts atthe country level.

    Skills

    Qualification & Skills:

    • Bachelors Degree in accounting economics marketingbusiness administration or in a relevant field
    • Masters degree (or equivalent through proven experience)in a relevant field. (Preferable)
    • 10 yearsexperience in Key Account Management. Minimum of 5 years experiencein the Middle East in a managerial Key Account Managementrole.
    • Fluency in Arabic and English withexcellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong Customer Focus & Presentation skills withthe ability to work effectively in a matrix teamenvironment.
    • Strong experience in ContractLogistics especially in Industrial Sectors (energy Engineering& Manufacturing Chemicals etc.)
    • Existing network in Saudi is highly desirable.
    • Strong personality goalminded and proactive approach toteamwork development of relationships and tenacity to seek out allpossible opportunities.
    • Demonstrable abilityto both exceeds targets and work to tight deadlinesefficiently.
    • Ability to Influence andchallenge key stakeholders effectively.
    • Knowledge of Product Marketing B2B Marketing BrandDevelopment ECommerce Advertising Campaigns and Media Relations& Press.
    • Strong Customer Focus& Presentation skills with the ability to work effectivelyin a matrix team environment.
