    JASARA PMC is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Materials Inspector to join our team. As a Materials Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of construction materials used in various projects. You will conduct inspections, perform tests, and review documentation to ensure that materials meet the required standards and specifications. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful completion of high-profile projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct inspections and tests on construction materials to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
    • Perform tests such as moisture content, density, strength, and compaction of soil, concrete, asphalt, and other construction materials
    • Review documentation and material test reports to verify compliance with project requirements
    • Identify and document any non-compliant materials and recommend corrective actions
    • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to resolve material-related issues
    • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and findings
    • Assist in the selection and approval of construction materials
    • Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to construction materials

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
    • 5 to 10 years of experience as a Materials Inspector or a similar role
    • Strong knowledge of construction materials, testing methods, and specifications
    • Experience in conducting inspections and tests on construction materials
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify non-compliant materials
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
    • Professional certifications related to materials testing and inspection are preferred
