Restaurant Assistant ManagerResponsibilities:
Lead your teamthrough continual demonstration of accountability and ownership.This includes all facets of store operations, front-of-the-house,and heart-of-the-house, in addition to managing P&L, marketing,sales projections, and analysis. We believe in developing the teamto deliver a "beyond expectations" experience to ourguests.

RestaurantAssistant ManagerQualifications:

• Minimum of three years of previous restaurantsupervisory experience
• Strong workingknowledge of store operations, and management principles, includingscheduling, cost control, continuous improvement, and inventorycontrol policies
• Must have intermediate-levelcomputer skills (POS, Microsoft Office)
• Musthave restaurant food preparation skills
• Mustbe up to date on food safety and health codes
• Must have the following traits: initiative,creativity, problem-solving, ability to delegate, accountability,great attitude, open to change, willingness to learn,adaptable
• Customer-focused with the ability towork independently or as part of a team
• Musthave extensive working knowledge in customer relations and localstore marketing

Restaurant Assistant ManagerCompensation:

• A compensation range of $50,000 to $60,000based on an hourly rate of $20 to $24 per hour with an average45-hour workweek
• Achievable Bonus paidquarterly
