Job summary
This role is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of technical support and training to the service network and customers. Ensure smooth daily operations of the Technical Support department Follow established technical support processes and contribute to continuous improvement Coordinate and lead regulatory and technical case review meetings Provide timely technical support to service teams dealers and customers including corrective actions Manage escalate technical cases through manufacturer platforms as required Monitor analyze KPIs related to case volume flow resolution time Guide support the technical team to deliver accurate high-quality case resolutions Communicate product quality issues through field quality processes Support troubleshooting diagnostics investigations across the service network Provide feedback Service Managers on dealer performance operating standards Identify training needs develop effective learning solutions Deliver train technicians diagnostic tools literature manufacturer platforms Design evaluate competency-based assessments training effectiveness Maintain records information within portals Lead knowledge sharing conferences workshops sessions Support technician recruitment interviews capability assessments Analyze results report outcomes propose improvements Manage control distribution updates across network Communicate evaluation updates according plan Develop implement standardize policies procedures sites Conduct risk site inspections audits incident investigations Ensure PPE compliance emergency preparedness preventive safety measures Promote strong safety culture through awareness leadership Monitor HSE KPIs LTIFR near-miss reporting environmental metrics Mentor site HSE representatives integrate into daily operations Education Certifications Minimum diploma mechanical electrical automotive engineering Required Years Of Experience Show moreوصف الوظيفة
