Job Summary

We are looking for a specialist in Root Cause Analysis to join our Global Manufacturing Excellence Team in the Assets Technical Solutions Department (ATSD). ATSD is a diverse department that handles technical and, at times, business support for the Domestic Refining & NGL Fractionation Admin Area and the company's affiliates. It mainly focuses on the technical requirements of the Global Manufacturing operating facilities, managing operations, and enhancing performance to achieve operational excellence and create value.

Your primary responsibility will be to offer technical support to operating facilities and help develop new engineers. You will also conduct specialized studies and analyses for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and defect elimination processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine and apply the appropriate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodology based on set criteria.
• Establish and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive RCA process.
• Lead or facilitate major investigations using RCA techniques.
• Conduct training workshops and provide RCA Practitioner-level training to relevant staff.
• Facilitate workshops to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Create databases for defects and threats to store information for future reference.

Requirements:

• Must be willing to relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 15 years of experience in RCA and/or Defect Elimination.
• Preferably possess certifications like Blackbelt Six Sigma & TapRoot.
• Show analytical, methodical, and open-minded approaches.
• Demonstrate leadership and team-building skills to effectively engage with individuals at all levels in the organization.
• Have extensive knowledge of change management and problem-solving techniques.
