- Partner with Alvarez &Marsal's Middle East Leadership Team including CountryHeads and Managing Directors to develop & implement ourTalent Acquisition strategy across theregion
- Identify, target and successfullyapproach key talent at senior level across the competitor and widertarget market landscape for the MiddleEast
- Lead and develop our regionally basedexperienced Talent team in addition to working closely with thesenior members of the wider EMEA Talent Acquisitionteam
- Work closely with our hiring MDs on theirtalent requirements, collating and sharing market intelligence onour competition, identifying skills gaps and assessing againstutilisation levels and general client pipeline to agree recruitingpriorities
