    • Orientating new employeesand training existing employees.
    • Monitoringemployee performance.
    • Ensuring that allemployees are organized and satisfied in their workenvironment.
    • Overseeing the health and safetyof all employees.
    • Implementing systematic staffdevelopment procedures.
    • Providing counseling onpolicies and procedures.
    • Ensuring meticulousimplementation of payroll and benefitsadministration.
    • Communicating with staff aboutissues affecting their performance.
    • Ensuringaccurate and proper recordkeeping of employee information inelectronic and digital format.
