    Overview:


    The Product Manager is a leadership role tasked with the responsibility of developing and driving the vision and strategy for complex and high-impact products within ROSHN.

    This role requires a blend of technical depth, business acumen, and a customer-obsessed mindset.

    A PM leads cross-functional teams, influences stakeholders across the organization, and acts as a mentor to more junior product managers.

    ROSHN is a national real estate developer powered by the Public Investment Fund, committed to delivering high quality communities to the Saudi citizens.

    Basic Qualifications:
    Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
    6+ Years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
    Experience with building and leading a product roadmap for technology products and driving product strategy.
    Deep understanding of customer needs, the competitive landscape, and market trends.

    Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

    Proven ability to deliver first-class customer experiences with a deep understanding of UX best practices.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    MBA or Master s degree in a related field.
    Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-quality systems.
    Experience managing and effectively operating within cross-functional teams.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where resourcefulness and strategic thinking are valued.

    Key Responsibilities:


    Define the vision and strategy for a significant product or product family, aligning with the company's strategic and financial goals.

    Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, managing prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support load.

    Serve as a role model on product management best practices, and continually mentor junior product managers to refine their skills.

    Engage with customers through a variety of channels and serve as the voice of the customer internally.
    Drive product launches including working with public relations teams, executives, and other product management team members.
    Influence senior leadership across ROSHN and communicate product vision, strategy, goals, status, and customer impact.
    Conduct business and financial analysis, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting.

    Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the organization s ability to meet its strategic, financial, and technical goals.

    Lead cross-functional teams in delivering products and projects on tight deadlines.
    Establish business processes and policies as well as metrics and indicators for success.
    Measure and analyze existing products for opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to customers.
