    Job Purpose:

    To ensure all Saudia Technic organizations, policies, processes and guidance are designed, adequately documented and appropriately aligned to business need. Also, to assist in managing all organizational structure, job analysis, job evaluation and job descriptions and manpower issues.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Develop the company and its department organization structures.
    • Develop the jobs descriptions.
    • Carry out manpower studies and planning.
    • Perform job evaluation and job analysis.
    • Develop HR management policies & procedures.
    • Monitor the execution of the manpower plan.
    • Perform the quality of manpower and its effective and efficient use to meet the company's business targets.
    • Initiate and lead human resource programs and projects.
    • Answer employee's queries about HR policy related issues.
    • Review systems and processes and make modifications to address issues.
    • Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting.
    • Ensures compliance to all relevant safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department.
    • Undertake any other functions are assigned by the immediate supervisor.

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related field.
    • Additional certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM or SPHR) is preferred.
