    Job Description

    1. ROLE PURPOSE:

    as an Oracle Aconex Consultant, will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing Oracle Aconex solutions for various sectors, including Infrastructure, Utilities, Oil and gas, and EPC.

    2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Oracle Aconex Expertise: Utilize your hands-on experience to lead Oracle Aconex implementations and drive the Techno-Functional role, with a minimum of 3 full implementations.
    • Domain Knowledge: Apply strong domain knowledge in core sectors like Infrastructure, Utilities, Oil and gas, and EPC, including an understanding of key business drivers, processes, and the ecosystem.
    • Software Implementation and Support: Provide expertise in Aconex software implementation and support for projects in Construction, Infrastructure, Energy, and Resources.
    • Integration: Have knowledge of REST APIs to seamlessly integrate Oracle Aconex with other systems.
    • Product Suite Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Aconex product suite, including Construction Management Software, Document Management Software, Project Information Management, Project Controls Solutions, Field Inspections, OM Handover Solutions, Project Collaboration, BIM Collaboration, and SaaS solutions. Proficiency in SQL, CSS, JavaScript, REST, and JSON is essential.
    • Advanced Modules: Hands-on experience with Aconex Advanced Modules like Packages and Connected Cost.
    • Lead Role: Assume a lead role where you can influence, mentor, and lead a mixed team of engineers.
    • API Functionality: Understand Aconex API functionalities, with a deep understanding of Aconex integration with both Oracle and non-Oracle solutions.
    • Requirements Gathering: Conduct requirement gathering meetings and prepare design documents in collaboration with the customer.
    • Certifications: Hold certifications such as Aconex Certified Specialist in Administration, Aconex Certified Associate, and Aconex Certified Professional (preferred).
    • Travel and Relocation: Be ready to relocate and open to travel within India and overseas as required.
    • Documentation and Training: Create user guides and training materials, conduct training sessions for new users, refresher training, and advanced training courses.
    • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with Oracle Support and hosting providers to resolve technical issues.
    • Adaptability: Be adaptable and resourceful, capable of working under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work productively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels of the business and technical resources.
    • Self-Initiative: Show strong self-initiative to meet project deliverables, overcome challenges, and effectively communicate project timelines and resource requirements.
    • Performance Testing: Demonstrate a strong understanding of performance testing and defect analysis.
    • Communication and Organizational Skills: Be assertive with strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Administrative Duties: Handle application-wise administrative activities as needed.

    3. KEY RESULT AREA:

    • Requirement Gathering analysis.
    • Creating SDLC (Software Document Life Cycle)
    • Implementation based on client requirements.
    • Test the process based on the design document.
    • Collect the data from the client.
    • Help the team to achieve the project success.

    4. TRAINING/CERTIFICATIONS:

    • Aconex Certificate.
    • First level PMI certification or equivalent is a plus.
    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.


    • Knowledge of project and portfolio management business processes


    • Technical knowledge of the Oracle Primavera solution suite


    • First level PMI certification or equivalent is a plus

    EXPERIENCE:

    Oracle Aconex Expertise: Utilize your hands-on experience to lead Oracle Aconex implementations and drive the Techno-Functional role, with a minimum of 3 full implementations and five years of experience in Aconex.

    SKILLS:

    • Strong domain knowledge in Infrastructure, Utilities, Oil & Gas, and EPC.
    • Proficiency in REST APIs and integration techniques.
    • In-depth knowledge of the Oracle Aconex product suite and related technologies.
    • Certification in Aconex is preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Willingness to relocate and travel as required.
