KeyResponsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strongrelationships with healthcare professionals including doctorspharmacists and hospital staff.
• Promote andeducate healthcare professionals on the features and benefits ofAlpha Pharma products.
• Generate new leads andidentify potential customers through market research andnetworking.
• Organize and conduct productpresentations and demonstrations to healthcareprofessionals.
• Stay updated with industrytrends and competitor activities.
• Maintainaccurate records of sales and activities using our CRMsystem.
• Attend conferences trade shows andother events to represent Alpha Pharma and network with potentialcustomers.
• Collaborate with the marketing teamto develop and implement effective salesstrategies.
• Provide feedback from customers tothe marketing and product development teams to improve products andservices.
• Ensure compliance with all companypolicies procedures and regulations.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in PharmacyBiomedical Sciences or a relatedfield.
• Previous experience as a MedicalRepresentative in the pharmaceutical industrypreferred.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
• Strong sales andnegotiation skills.
• Proven track record ofmeeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability towork independently and as part of ateam.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRMsoftware.
• Willingness to travel 30% 40%extensively within the assignedterritory.
