- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields
- Proven experience as a Production Engineer in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the bedding industry
- Strong understanding of production processes, including assembly, machining, and packaging
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design and modeling software
- Knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- 27 to 35 years of age
