How you'll make an impact

• Fully responsible for the P&L, forecasted revenue, GM, and FCF of the assigned project(s).
• Leading the execution team of different disciplines towards project completion.
• Maintaining high quality levels of forecast accuracy and prompt reporting of any change in the plans.
• Fully responsible for the project execution in accordance with the applicable project management standards and customer requirements with end-to-end responsibility for economic results, quality, schedule, and EHS.
• Definition and management of schedules, budget, risk, change control, opportunity, and resource management.
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in accordance with the respective quality management systems and NPS.
  
  

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from a reputable university.
• At least 12+ years of experience in working with electrical HV substations and SVC projects.
• IPMA certification is required.
• Proven track record as a P&L responsible project manager.
• Having work experience in Saudi Arabia will be an added advantage.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations.
• Good leadership and stakeholders' management skills.
• Proven integrity and high personal standards of behaviour.
• Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.
