    Responsibilities:

    • Reports to the Project Quality Manager all QA/QC issues and performance.
    • Ensure the implementation of the QA/QC program at site.
    • Prepare and verify Daily, Weekly and Monthly QC reports and inspections.
    • Submit Daily Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) to the consultant.
    • Submit the Material Inspection Reports (MIRs) & Material Approval Request (MARs) as a part of Weekly and monthly QA/QC reports.
    • Coordinate with the customers representative on all quality matters
    • Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors.
    • Coordinate with Technical O&M Engineers on all quality issues
    • Monitor the fulfillment of contractual QA/QC KPIs.
    • Ensures compliance with contractual requirements, standards, and legislation.
    • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements regarding the inspection of Preventive & Corrective Maintenance.
    • Follow up the closure of internal/external NCR and Ensure that internal/external NCRs are rectified within 02 weeks by responsible department.
    • Perform Random Site inspections and report all observation to concern department.
    • Submit the periodic Customer Satisfaction Reports
    • Deliver QA/QC training awareness on monthly basis.
    • Coordinate QA/QC meetings with the projects team and QC representatives
    • Ensure all quality control documentation and records are compiled and completed Responsible including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.

    • Promote and deliver effective teamwork within own department and across departments and build rapport with co-workers.
    • Ensure effective communication by email, telephone or in person with co-workers.
    • Share thoughts and ideas openly and take into account what others have to say.
    • Ensure appropriate handovers are in place between team members at end of shift to ensure continuity of service and delivery.
    • Ensure appropriate communication and required actions take place between co-workers within different departments and within own department.

    • Ensure a culture of customer service excellence and continuous improvement is delivered across the organization.
    • Submit any scheduled reports or documentation required to supervisors or line managers as directed.
    • Ensure that whatever management systems and tools are mandated for your department are used responsibly and accurately, ensuring reporting timelines are met for data input.
    • Be aware of and adhere to all departmental operational procedures and instructions.
    • Be aware of and adhere to all Human Resources procedures and instructions.
    • Be aware and adhere to the Quality Policy and all related procedures and instructions relating to your department

    Quality and Performance:

    • Be aware of and adhere to requirements affecting your role in relation to customer satisfaction and service delivery.
    • Ensure that quality is embedded into the delivery of all work in line with established policies, systems, plans, procedures, and work instructions by following the training you have been provided with

    Financial and Commercial:

    • Be aware of and adhere to timekeeping and rostering procedures.
    • Ensure accurate accounts of all working hours are recorded and verified.

    Knowledge:

    • Engineering Degree in a related discipline.
    • Accreditation of Saudi Engineering Association
    • A holder of a recognized professional quality management.

    Skills:

    • Ability to coordinate with teams to deliver defined outcomes.
    • Sound computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to coordinate and monitor workflow and operations to achieve established goals and objectives and maintain effective working relationships with managers and employees, contractors, customers, and the public.
    • Highly motivated and flexibility to work in a time-sensitive environment to respond quickly and effectively to unanticipated high workloads, events, and emergencies; strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
    • Good English written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    Experience:

    Minimum 3 years of work experience as QA/QC Engineer experience.
