    Kuwait International Laboratory, established in 1999 (LABCO), is the first locally owned, and is accredited by DAkkS Germany. LABCO provides third party quality control and assurance services through scientific analytical data for microbiological and chemical testing, along with, Total Quality Management Services, QMS – Consultations, Training and certifications for all categories of ISO.

    LABCO accreditations and Good Laboratory Practices implementation, ensures that the prescribed process / high quality standards are adhered to for every test conducted, thus minimizing the possibility of errors to deliver near accurate and reliable results.

    The role in brief:

    We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and contribute to the strategic financial management of the company.

    Your Responsibilities

    Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Develop, monitor, and update financial plans, budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
  • Provide insightful analysis of financial performance and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting:

  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain financial reporting systems.
  • Cash Flow Management:

  • Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize liquidity and support operational needs.
  • Implement effective cash management policies and procedures.
  • Risk Management:

  • Identify financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and changes in financial regulations affecting the company.
  • Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
  • Financial Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Implement efficient financial processes and controls.
  • Financial Strategy:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company's financial strategy.
  • Provide financial insights to support business growth and profitability.
  • Investment Analysis:

  • Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct financial analysis for strategic initiatives.
  • Assess the financial viability of potential projects and partnerships.
  • Requirements

    Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Your Proficiencies

  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to meet the annual financial Audit requirements.
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
