Construction Manager

Del-Ponte is a Talent Development & Acquisition Boutique Firm operating across the GCC and the Middle East.

Our client is a 40-year-old construction company in Saudi Arabia, specializing in infrastructure and sewage projects. In line with their current expansion, they are actively hiring, and we have been entrusted by our client to manage the recruitment of their teams.

The below position is for a Construction Managers.

1. Position Overview:

The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing civil engineering and site development projects. This role demands extensive experience in project organization with a focus on quality control, engineering, planning, and coordination of interfaces.

2. Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.

· A minimum of fifteen (15) years in construction.

· At least five (5) years in senior management roles, focusing on civil engineering and site development projects.

· Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the Middle East.

· Experience in projects that include welding carbon steel pipes and pressurized water lines.

· Experience in building pump and tank stations, specifically in high-rise tanks (for the immediate opening).

· Proven ability in leading and organizing complex projects.

· Expertise in quality control, engineering, planning, and coordination.

. Expertise in geotechnical earthwork and heavy machinery fleet management is a plus.

· Fluency in written and spoken English.

· Priority for transferrable visa.

3. Job Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage civil engineering and site development projects, ensuring their successful completion.

· Organize and coordinate various project aspects, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.

· Plan and oversee project schedules, resources, and financials to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.

· Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

· Maintain clear and effective communication with the project team and stakeholders.

· Promote a collaborative environment within the project team.
