    We have an immediateopening for a Key Account Manager (SALES POSITION) CladdingPosition in the Oil Production Refining Business PetrochemicalMidstream within the Oil & Gas and upstream division. Thisposition will be responsible for managing and developing thecladding business with key clients in these markets withsignificant potential to become a major contributor to the growthand profitability of Front End.

    The Salesmanager should have:

    • Advancedknowledge of cladding processes (CRA/weld Overlay) with abackground in welding technology.
    • Knowledge ofmetallurgy and material requirements covering Stainless steelInconel Tungsten Carbide Chromium Carbide StelliteTitanium.
    • Knowledge of heat treatmentprocesses and welding procedure of MIG PAW SAW TIG Weldingequipment an advantage
    • Knowledge ofDestructive and NonDestructive materials testing.
    • Knowledge on piping flanges and fittings standardsrelated O&G compliances and other industry MSSstandards.

    Knowledge on Welding PQRs WPS and their QualificationWelder Qualification NDT and Common Inspection.
    Knowledgein International standards and Quality Management Systems like ASTMASME DIN ISO API AS etc.
    Knowledge on ARAMCO standardsSAMSS series (02SAMSS related to CRA/Weld Overlay.

    This position will be responsible to provideeffective Sales Representation to assure attainment of SalesObjectives this will include but are not limited to thefollowing:

    • Meet and/or exceed thesales level for the assigned territory and business
    • Meet and/or exceed bookings objectives for theterritory.
    • Meet customer needs by being aresponsive liaison between the Company and customers onmatters.
    • Assist in profitably meeting customerneeds by being a responsive liaison between the Company andcustomers on matters relating to cladding of pipes fittings andflanges.
    • Manage the proposal process anddevelop strategies to ensure we make the most competitive technicaland commercial offerings RFP bidding
    • SupportManagement in the settlement of warranty disputes and fieldproblems.
    • Develop and implement salesstrategies to grow the business profitably.
    • Maintain good relationships with customers and Companyspersonnel to ensure continued Market Growth.
    • Routinely report activities to Management on allpertinent issues related to market changes through use of monthlyforecast and other reports as may be directed.
    • Actively participate in and provide input into theproduct development teams and support their initiatives.
    • Liaise with pipe flanges manufacturer in gettingcompetitive prices for base material supply.
    • Communicate effectively internally with; engineeringcustomer service and other personnel to ensure objectives areachieved.
    • Coordinate with factory for projectdeliverables project tracking involving inspection &testing approvals etc
