Job Overview:

We areseeking an experienced Electromechanical Manager to join our teamand lead our electromechanical engineering department. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in both electrical andmechanical engineering with a proven track record of managingprojects and teams. The Electromechanical Manager will beresponsible for overseeing all aspects of electromechanicalengineering projects from design and development to installationand maintenance.

KeyResponsibilities:

Lead and manage theelectromechanical engineering department including project planningbudgeting and resource allocation

Oversee thedesign and development of electromechanical systems ensuring theymeet client specifications and industrystandards

Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto ensure seamless integration of electrical and mechanicalcomponents

Monitor project progress and ensurethat timelines and budgets are met

Conductquality checks and ensure that all systems meet safety andregulatory requirements

Stay uptodate withindustry developments and new technologies in the field ofelectromechanical engineering

Mentor and trainjunior engineers providing guidance and support asneeded

Develop and maintain relationships withclients suppliers and otherstakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or arelated field

Minimum of 5 years of experiencein electromechanical engineering with at least 2 years in amanagerial role

Strong knowledge of electricaland mechanical systems including HVAC lighting and controlsystems

Proven project management skills withthe ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously

Excellent communication andleadership skills

Proficiency in relevantsoftware and tools such as AutoCAD and project managementsoftware

Familiarity with industry standards andregulations

Fluency in English both written andverbal

Previous experience in the Middle East orwith Saudi Arabian clients is aplus
