    Job Title: Key Account Manager - Services

    Company: Aramco

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Advise customers on operational and efficiency challenges.
    • Direct sales of company's services to existing and new customers.
    • Develop and drive strategic business plans for the growth of field services business.
    • Penetrate new clients, develop close professional relations with key decision makers, and stay ahead of competition.
    • Coordinate project tenders and quotations with relevant divisions to meet customer satisfaction and deadlines.
    • Represent the company at key events and industry forums.
    • Report sales and account-related actions using CRM.
    • Consult with customers on service solutions, create strong relationships, and provide specialist assistance.

    Requirements:

    • 5-10 years of sales experience with utility customers, preferably in technical positions.
    • Strong technical background in electrical distribution equipment, networks, and industrial automation.
    • Knowledge of install base business, modernization, retrofitting, AMC's, digital services, trainings, etc.
    • Ability to leverage partnerships to drive strategic plans.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present views clearly.
    • Adaptability to changing business circumstances and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
    • Proven leadership skills, collaborative approach, and strong communication skills.
