- Answering the telephone according to Rotana standards and recording incoming requests and messages in order to communicate this information to concerned in a timely fashion.
- Receiving Lost and Found items and recording and storing them as per standard.
- Maintaining control of Guest Supplies, preparing the needed supplies for requisitions and handling lost and found.
- Coordinate and control all office traffic;
- Ensure vacant/ready rooms are available to the Front Office through coordination with the Floor Supervisor team;
- Present a positive, professional, and courteous image, to ensure guest satisfaction.
- 1 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Ability to work long hours and shifts.
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the Arabic language)
- Computer Knowledge.
