• Take responsibility for the delivery of large global, multi-module SuccessFactors implementation projects
• Assist in Production support tickets and year end activities in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
• Partner with IT personnel to assess and validate existing and resulting solutions to ensure quality of system and business needs are met
• Align SuccessFactors solutions with the customer's strategic objectives
• Specific experience implementing integration to or migrating from back-end SAP ERP HCM is desirable
• Ability to manage and track project issues, risks and change requests
• Lead and motivate multiple project work streams
• Support pre-sales activities and presentations
• Work closely with customers and partners, field personnel, and engineering team, while taking into account industry best practices in developing and driving the Platform product roadmap
• 4to 6 years Exp and he should implement process from scratch
