- Guided Tours and Tour Operator skills
- Customer service skills and experience in managing client interactions
- Research and analytical skills to develop tour itineraries and enhance the overall tour experience
- Training and supervisory experience to manage tour operators and ensure compliance with industry and company standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and maintain positive relationships with them throughout the tour
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential. Additional language skills are a plus (Spanish, Portuguese & Italian)
- A bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered
- A passion for travel and a strong interest in Saudi Arabian culture, history, and geography is required

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Leader at Nebras Tourism in Jeddah. The Tour Leader will be responsible for leading and managing guided tours, providing excellent customer service, conducting research to enhance the tour experience, and training and supervising other tour operators.
