- Follow ARS job requirements and be accountable for the procedures.
- Manages rig operations in a safe manner according to the client's policies and procedures.
- Observes proper rig operating procedures, noting unsafe practices.
- Plays an active part in QSE meetings, toolbox meetings, the TQM program, and all other company safety management systems.
- Implement Management of Change (MOC) procedure for non-routine operations.
- Leads ADC internal self-auditing and Client's audits action items closure.
- Game plan/standard instruction for driller implementation.
- Rig move plan and rig move lessons learned report.
