THEPOSITION
Thisposition is responsible for soliciting sales of food and beveragecatered events for creative eateries catering and the execution oftheevents

ESSENTIALDUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and organize wedding events forclients
Coordinate the booking of food and beverage events by managingoutside solicitation and incominginquiries.
Perform cold calling to acquire salesleads
To hit weekly KPI asset
Use creative planning in the design and structure of catered events&menus
Working closely with clients to include handling inquiries relatedto food andbeverage
Coordinate with internal food production and service team - Staff,Servers, Chefs, Runners to ensure the successful execution ofcateredfunctions
Conduct site inspection prior to eventscommencement
Any other ad hoc dutiesassigned

Requirements

At least 3 year(s) of sales experience in any of the related fieldCatering Food &Beverage/Restaurant
At least 1 year of experience in weddingplanning
Excellent customer service and able to interact well withclients
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills as needto communicate acrosslevels
Ability to work independently and in ateam
Strong selling and interpersonalskills
High level of creativity, accuracy and eye fordetail
Possesses own laptop with Microsoft Office (2016 or later), inworkingcondition
