The Investment Operations Associate will support the Investment Operations Manager in developing the strategic business plan and executing its lines of action for the company.

The job tasks include:

Supervise and coordinate processes related to deal sourcing, investment opportunity analysis, deal closes, monitoring of active investments, and quarterly reporting tasks.

Coordinate the processes and operations of the company, acting as a link between the different areas (investment, legal, finance, and communication), taking responsibility for the communication flow between them.

Development of networks related to co-investors, accelerators/incubators, leading business angels, public administrations, and investment forums, among others, with whom to collaborate and build a useful knowledge base and deal-sourcing network.

Analyze internal operations and identify areas for improvement in current processes and methodologies.
Develop and manage internal Operation Policies and procedures.
Support Legal due diligence process
Requirements
3-5 experience in operations preferably in fund/investment operations or banking operations.
Demonstrated experience that shows strong presentation, interpersonal skills, analytical, and written communication skills.
Well-versed in quantitative analytical techniques ability to interpret results.
Professional in using Ms. Office.
