Brief description:

A warehouse in charge is responsible for implementing the day to day operations with warehousing team members, to ensure physical & systems transactions been well implemented. As the one in charge, the warehouse in charge plays a superior role on the work site, overseeing the welfare, insure accuracy and productivity level of all his team.

Key Role:

• Check and manage all outgoing stock material to ensure that they are in good condition and make sure that all documents are accurately tracked/signed for proper documentation.
• Prepare daily reports related to inventory movements monitoring any potential deviation to eliminate it permanently.
• Maintain a proper communication with production team, ensuring to full fill production requirements within the company process.
• Ensure that stock inventory is carried out in a timely manner and that it is in line with the stock balance to avoid mix up.
• Constantly inspect all work equipment to identify shortages and damages, and relate findings to management for quick resolution to enable smooth flow of operations.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping on a timely manner & daily

Key Skills:

• 3-4 years' experience in similar role within warehousing domain.
• Good knowledge of record keeping & computer literature with ERP or SAP experience
• Good analytical skills.
• Professional user for Microsoft Excel.
• Well Organized & able to manage warehouse proper activities.
• Good team management skills to be able to work with others.
• Ability to fully carry out instructions and responsibilities.
• Ability to multitask warehousing activities.
