    Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Architect Manager to join our team In this role you will get to Provide management and direction for the architectural discipline, or may be assigned to lead a major architectural project.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Job Description Summary

    Provides Design Management over a number of different sized projects and ensures on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations.

    The Design Manager is responsible for the scope development, scope management and commercial performance of the project to meet project goals and objectives.

    Plans and defines program goals and devises methods to accomplish them; develops in-depth knowledge of client objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies.

    What Required Skills You'll Bring

    • Bachelor's degree in architectural from an accredited international university.
    • Minimum 20 years' experience in large-scale projects including having overall responsibility for architectural engineering on large-scale Resort projects.
    • Knowledge of architectural design, production techniques, codes and standards, building materials, and construction methods.
    • Expertise must have been gained from working for Western Internationally reputed firms.
    • Must have led large Design Department working with top international firms an on prestigious projects.
    • Knowledge of precedents in the specialty area and knowledge of principles and practices of related engineering design methods and systems.
    • Knowledge of the building industry, regulatory standards and design criteria pertinent to architectural work.
    • Skilled in verbal and written communication.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills.
    • Knowledge of international procedures, design guides, automated and administrative practices.
    • Knowledge of application and coordination of 2-D and 3-D Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools on a project.
