    For this bid we are seeking a Contract Manager as part of DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH, KSA Branch.   • Managing the contracts with all subcontractors

  • Monitoring of KPIs, planning of renewals, cost challenge

  • Development and execution of knowledge transfer for contract management related disciplines

  • Oversee contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers

  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with vendors and service providers

  • Review and analyze contract proposals and agreements for accuracy and compliance

  • Monitor vendor performance, ensuring adherence to contract terms and service quality

  • Resolve contract-related disputes and issues in a timely and effective manner

  • Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to draft and revise contracts as needed

  • Evaluate vendor performance and recommend contract renewals, modifications, or terminations

  • Ensure compliance with legal and procurement teams to draft and revise contracts as needed

  • Maintain detailed records of contracts, payments, and vendor communications

  • Qualifications: Project management skillsProven experience with FIDIC contractsIndustrial contract management backgroundMin. academic degree: B.Sc. EngineeringMin. 10 years in Rail IndustryMin. 10 years in leadership position Min. 5 years in a similar positionInternational experience, preference GCCEnglish (fluent), Arabic (preferred), German (preferred)MS office, MS Project, MS Sharepoint
