• The Security Officer shall perform all post duties and assignments strictly according to the directions and supervision of the Shift Security Service Leader (Supervisor)
• Maintain the highest levels of security, safety and guest service standards throughout the tour of duty for all Hotel Guests, patrons, visitors and Hotel employees in accordance with established Hotel policies and law

• Practice and promote open, caring and collaborative communication with all colleagues

• Practice positive reinforcement, recognise personal achievements and offer constructive criticism

• Nurture strong team working culture
• Consistently demonstrate fairness and objectiveness

• Handle guest queries efficiently and effectively to maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Enhance guest satisfaction through personal contact with guests, cultivating and developing excellent guest relations
• Proactively carry out direct Guest Service activities such as door opening and greetings, luggage assisting, escorting guests to outlets etc

• Good in English.
• Previous Experience in 5 stars Hotels.
