    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Multiple engagements and/or teams activities and commit to deliver on time and quality in line with expectations for Risk, Crisis and BCM related projects.
    • Ensuring that the BCMS and business continuity initiatives undertaken are aligned to the overall business requirements, vision and objectives of clients.
    • Ability to prepare BIAs and TRAs for clients.
    • Ability to implement, maintain and update BCM strategies, recovery options, and arrangements as and when required for clients.
    • Ability to provide BCM training when required.
    • Ability to develop business recovery plan and procedures when required.
    • Advise / consult with necessary parties in formulating, reviewing and revising Crisis Management framework and associated policies, and procedures.
    • Conducts risk assessments for various departments and functions for clients, analyzing potential business impact of unpredictable business interruptions such as natural disasters, security breach, legal claims, and market disruptions.
    • Ability to apply Crisis and Business Continuity management framework complies with International Crisis Management standards (BS 25999, ISO 22399 or ISO and current best practice.
    • Collaborate to develop and implement best practices of ERM, Crisis Management and BCM.
    • Identify and implement recovery operations and methods.
    • Ability to provide ERM, as well as other BCM solutions.
    • Based on clients' requirements provide practical risk, control and continuity focused functional ERM and BCM expertise to discuss and design potential solutions

    Skills and Qualifications

    • BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or related field.
    • 2+ years experience working in a Consulting firm
    • Must have experience in ISO22301 & ISO31000
