APayment Solutions Company is looking for Head of Sales &Business Development to join the team and be based in the KualaLumpur

Keyresponsibilitiesinclude:

• Goodunderstanding of Payment Solutions within Fintech and FinancialInstitution sectors covering both Software Application andInfrastructure would be addedadvantage
  
• Develop bothshort and long term sales strategies through customer acquisition& retention, business development, relationship buildingand after-sales services with Head of Department and C-Suites withmeasurable actions and goals to monitor successful executions toachieve salesresults
  
• Implementefficient sales management process cycle using CRM systems and datacollections to analyse results and identify opportunities toimprove sales motions, value propositions, sales enablement,systems, processes andetc
  
• Beingflexible to explore new business and partnership opportunitiesthrough product integrations and developing new businessmodels
  
• Havingan entrepreneurship mentality and sense of ownership to grow thebusiness towards profitability and achieving companygoals
  
• Independentwith the ability to foster trust and rapport with both internal andexternal Financial Institution stakeholders in the fast-pacedworkingenvironment
