This is a full-time on-site role for a Back End Developer at HRmatters located in Jeddah. The Back End Developer will be responsible for back-end web development, software development, object-oriented programming (OOP), front-end development, and programming. The Back End Developer will also be responsible for creating and maintaining APIs and databases, ensuring system security, and integrating front-end features with server-side logic.

• Back-End Web Development, Software Development, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills
• Front-End Development and Programming skills
• Experience developing and maintaining APIs and databases
• Ability to ensure system security
• Knowledge of integrating front-end features with server-side logic
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working with or creating HR software is a plus
• Experience working with Agile development processes is a plus
