    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for end to end cash operations and services within the MBCC
    • Managing & directing the activities related to MBCC daily cash operations
    • Support and contribute to the development and implementation of SOP's for all aspects of cash operations within the MBCC
    • Responsible for cash operations process design and delivery - in line with the automation concept of the MBCC
    • Continually assess and develop operational improvements to increase standards of service delivering and managing cost
    • Align with Head of Sales to review customer service contracts, to ensure commitments are met and additional opportunities are identified
    • Work collaboratively with the systems support and change teams. Driving improvement of processes, controls, documentation and management information
    • Individual performance management and evaluation on a quarterly basis against pre-agreed objectives and KPIs
    • People management to assess training plans, team dynamics and personnel development
    • Delivering training and ensuring associated documentation is updated and relevant
    • Employee development and performance management in-line with company policies
    • Strategic and operational consultant to the Managing Director of GDSACT in all security related matters
    • Team lead for the local crisis and emergency team
    • Budget responsibility

    Profile:

    • Strong track record in cash operation functions in the shared service industry
    • Minimum 7-8 years' experience leading in cash related roles
    • Understanding of accounting concepts and principles with the ability to report to tight deadlines
    • Knowledge and experience of operation and reconciliation processes and implementation of financial controls in operations
    • An ability to work automatously by making sensible, well informed decisions.
    • Able to liaise confidently and professionally with all stakeholders
    • Responsible attitude and sense of teamwork
    • Capable of good time management to meet tight deadlines
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Must have good IT experience, which will include competent levels of Excel and Word
    • Innovative thinker who is willing to question current process and come up with new, effective, ways of working.
    • Demonstrate a confident and outgoing personality with the ability to build professional business relationships with both internal and external customers
    • Extensive spoken and written Arabic skills a must
    • Extensive spoken and written English skills a must
    • Willingness to travel occasionally
