- Oversee and manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
- Prepare and file financial reports and statements to the relevant authorities, including tax returns, VAT, and other finance-related documentation
- Perform reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy and timely completion of financial reports and statements
- Manage company's cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting, and make recommendations on ways to improve financial performance
- Review and analyze financial data, identifying areas of risk and opportunity, and communicating these to management
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll operations
- Assist in auditing activities, liaising with external auditors, and providing documentation and reports as required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the real estate industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
- Experience using accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
