JASARA PMC, a leading company in social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced HSEQ Senior Manager to join our team.

As the HSEQ Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) programs to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance across our operations.

In this role, you will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure that all HSEQ policies and guidelines are followed, and that risks are identified and mitigated effectively.

You will also play a key role in promoting a culture of HSEQ excellence within our organization, fostering a safe and productive working environment for our employees.

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSEQ policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with relevant HSEQ laws, regulations, and standards.
• Identify and assess potential risks, develop risk management strategies, and monitor their implementation.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, and develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate and deliver HSEQ training programs to enhance employee awareness and knowledge.
• Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Manage HSEQ documentation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, and provide guidance and recommendations to senior management.
